From March 27 to 31, 2023, a delegation of the Western Ukrainian National University visited the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium). Professor Anatoliy Sachenko, associate professors Hryhoriy Gladiy and Pavlo Bykovy, representatives of the department of information and computing systems and management and the Research Institute of Intelligent Computer Systems, as well as Mykhailo Dombrovskyi, who joined the online meetings, took part in the working trip.
The visit took place within the framework of the Erasmus+ international project “WORK4CE: Cross-domain competencies for health and safe work in the 21st century”. The participants of the project from Germany, Ukraine, Spain, Belgium, Azerbaijan summed up the interim results and discussed the problems of implementing the project in modern realities. The project is aimed at the need for competencies, standards, educational materials and didactic formats, important in the new Work4.0 environment in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. All teams were involved in training for teachers (training week), which took place at the De Naer campus (Sint-Kathalene-Waver). After completing the training, the participants received certificates.
In addition, teams from Germany and Ukraine held working meetings on the organization of the 12th International IEEE Conference in Dormund on September 7-9, 2023.
