On March 24, WUNU became a hub for discussing innovation and scientific development as the IEEE WUNU Student Branch held its meeting. Participants focused on strategic development plans, upcoming projects, and expanding professional growth opportunities within the global technical community.
During the meeting, the updated Executive Committee, which will lead the branch’s activities for the current year, was officially introduced:

  • Chair: Vitalii Leus
  • Vice-Chair: Oksana Karpinska
  • Secretary: Solomiia Marchuk
  • Treasurer: Maksym Palka

Mentorship and scientific support for student initiatives are provided by the Branch Counselor – Professor Anatoly Sachenko, an experienced and active IEEE member. The meeting also featured invited guests Pavlo Bykovyi and Lesia Dubchak, who shared their vision for the development of modern technologies and expressed their readiness to support students’ scientific pursuits.
Currently, the student branch brings together 12 proactive students from various years and majors, all striving to excel in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and computer science. The active membership includes: Solomiia Marchuk, Oksana Karpinska, Vladyslava Sapitash, Volodymyr Osolinskyi, Volodymyr Khomut, Vitalii Yakymchuk, Maksym Pasichnyk, Adam Ivaniush, Maksym Palka, Nazar Vivchar, Vitalii Leus, Vladyslav Khinochek.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and inspiration, outlining new horizons for the IEEE WUNU Student Branch for the coming period. We invite all motivated students to join our big professional family!
