On September 24, 2025, as part of the regular international workshop “Advances & Challenges in Computing,” a joint meeting of the IEEE I&M/CI Chapter was held.
The meeting began with a presentation by Prof. Vitaliy Kobets, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Kherson State University. The topic of his presentation was “Application of RFM-D Analysis for Customer Segmentation Using Machine Learning.”
The second speaker was Vladyslav Iatsiuta, a postgraduate student at Kherson State University. His talk was devoted to the topic “Multimodal NLP Techniques for Processing Unstructured Financial Information.”
After the discussion, both presentations were recommended for publication in the International Journal of Computing.
The third speaker was Prof. Anatoliy Sachenko, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Scientific Advisor at the Research Institute for Intelligent Computer Systems. In his short presentation, he highlighted news about the special issues of MDPI journals Sensors and MAKE based on selected papers from the IDAACS 2025 international conference, as well as information about new SCOPUS-indexed conferences to be held in October–December 2025.
The event was attended by 23 participants, including 10 IEEE members.
