As part of pilot training under the WORK4CE project, a meeting of WUNU team with representatives of regional companies took place on November 3, 2024. The purpose of the meeting was to get acquainted with the main aspects of Work 4.0 and to discuss the possibilities of implementing digital technologies in workplaces under the topic “Introduction to Work 4.0: Digital transformation and innovation in the workplace”.

Project participants Prof. Anatoliy Sachenko and Assoc. Prof. Pavlo Bykovyy delivered presentations on the following issues:

– Understanding the concepts of Work 4.0 and Industry 4.0: consideration of key aspects of digital transformation and its impact on modern work processes.

– Using real-time data analytics: how big data and predictive techniques can improve decision making in manufacturing systems.

– Human-Machine Collaboration: The ability to integrate human skills and competencies with automated manufacturing to improve productivity.

– Increasing qualification competencies for work in the conditions of digital transformation: the importance of developing human skills and competencies for the digitalization of business processes.

The participants had the opportunity to share their own experience in the implementation of modern information technologies in their companies and to discuss the prospects of further cooperation with the WUNU team within the WORK4CE theme. The meeting was an important step on the way to a deeper understanding of Work 4.0 and increasing the competitiveness of local business in the conditions of the digital economy.
