Prof. Anatoliy Sachenko and undergraduate student Pavlo Yakobchuk visited the 9th International IEEE Conference on Dependable Systems, Services and Technologies DESSERT’2018, which was held on May 24-27, 2018 in Kyiv, Ukraine, http://dessert.ieee.org.ua/.

They presented the paper “Compression of Network Traffic Parameters for Detecting Cyber Attacks Based on Deep Learning” by Myroslav Komar, Anatoliy Sachenko,Vladimir Golovko and Vitaliy Dorosh, which was published in DESSERT’2018 Proceedings. This paper will be included in IEEE digital library Xplore and it will be indexed by Scopus afterwards. Besides, Prof. Sachenko had a meeting with number of worldwide people. In particular, he talked with Volodymyr Ponomaryov, Mexico, Alex Yakovlev and Anatoliy Gorbenko, UK, Mario Fusani, Italy, Andrzej Rucinski, USA, Marco Viera, Portugal, Elena Zaytseva, Slovakia, and some colleagues from Ukraine, Vladimir Hahanov and Vyacheslav Kharchenko, Kharkiv, Oleksandr Letychevsky, Kiyv, Inna Skarga-Bandurova, Lugansk region, Yuriy Kondratenko, Mykolaiyv, and Alexandr Drozd, Odesa. Prof. Sachenko discussed with them some possibilities of collaboration in different aspects: sending their invited papers to International Journal of Computing, submitting their papers and taking part in the International Program Committee of IDAACS-SWS-2018 in Lviv, 20-21 September, 2018 and IDAACS’2019 Conference, Metz, France, 18-21 September, 2019, co-supervising of Master and PhD students and etc.
Moreover, Prof. Sachenko took a part in kick-off meeting on Erasmus + Aliot IoT Project.

He presented the report in progress of TNEU – ICS team for January-April 2018 and some detail of developed lectures, seminars, trainings and labs.
