The head of international conference IDAACS 2017 and the head of Information Computer Systems and Control department together with Ass. Prof. of the same department Pavlo Bykovyi had visited the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania from 18 to 27 of July 2017.
During the visit, they had met with Romania team and local organization committee, which consist of Grigore Stamatescu, Ioana Fagarasan and Dan Popescu.
On the meeting with local organization committee were discussed the tasks of organization and holding the 9-th IEEE international conference “Intelligent Data Acquisition and Advanced Computing Systems: Technology and Applications» IDAACS’2017, which will be 21-23 of September, 2017 in University “Politehnica” of Bucharest.
In particular, the place for registration and welcome party were brought to consent, the rooms for plenary, oral and poster sessions were chosen, the work rooms for location of organization committee were chosen. Besides that, the list with sponsors and the membership of conferences committee were clarified. Also the key speakers of the plenary session were defined. The place for coffee break, lunch and conference dinner were examined. The city tour and trip tour to PELES Castle-Sinaia for conference participant were discussed.
Also, the work meeting with dean of the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science Prof. Adina Magda Florea was hold. The visit to the ASTI automation company, which is a main conferences sponsors was held.
